Jimmy Alvin Logsdon, age 68, of Clarkson, passed away, Wednesday, June 8, 2022, at Baptist Health Hardin.

He was born July 24, 1953, in Grayson County, to the late, Dillard and Elsie Alvey Logsdon. He was retired from Ford Motor Company, a member of Jericho Missionary Baptist Church and enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Cathy Logsdon; three brothers, Walter, Deward and Steve Logsdon and five sisters, Edith Smith, Bernice Webb, Ronella Warf, Betty Smith and Shirley Logsdon.

He is survived by two sons, Israel Logsdon (Lena) and Steve Logsdon; four grandchildren, Dylan Logsdon, Nolin Logsdon, Trent Early and Addie Logsdon and two brothers, Billy and Clay Logsdon.

Funeral services will be held at 2 PM, Friday, June 10, 2022, at Rogers-Oller Funeral Home with Elvis Smith officiating. Burial will follow in the Wilkins Cemetery in Edmonson County.

Visitation will be after 10 AM, Friday at the funeral home.
