Jimmy Grant, age 57, of Leitchfield, KY. passed away, Thursday, November 3, 2011 at his residence in Leitchfield, KY.

He was the son of the late Robert Layman Grant and Consulo Decker Grant.

Jimmy was retired from Sullivan and Cozart, was a Veteran of the Vietnam Era and of the Pentecostal Faith. He was an avid Kentucky Wildcat fan and loved horses.

He is survived by two sons, Joey Grant of Caneyville, KY. and Robby Grant of St. Paul Community, Clarkson, KY. Other survivors include seven sisters, Edna Gardner of Louisville,KY., Regina Wood, Frances Allen, Shirley Pennington, Darlene Decker, Alice Jaggers and Renee Higdon, all of Leitchfield, KY. Three grandchildren also survive, Christian and Micah Grant of Caneyville, KY. and Kaylee Grant of Louisville, KY.

He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Buddy Grant and two sisters, Phil Ann and Judy Kaye.

Visitation : Friends may call after 4:00 PM on Sunday (November 6 2011) and after 9:00 AM Monday at Watkins-Oller Funeral Home.

Services : Funeral services at 11:00 AM Monday (November 7 2011) at Watkins-Oller Funeral Home with by. Sam Fulkerson officiating.

Interment : Burial in Fairview Cemetery.
