Jerry R. Smith, age 57 of Leitchfield passed away on September 4, 2014 at Twin Lakes Regional Medical Center.

He was preceded in death by his parents, John Thomas and Dora (VanMeter) Smith, one sister, Kay Elmore, two brothers, Glendal and Charlie Smith.

Mr. Smith is survived by his wife, Becky, one daughter, Melinda Ponns, three brothers: Carl, Oscar and Billy Smith, and three grandchildren.

Visitation : Firends may call at Rogers-Oller Funeral Home from 3 -8 Sunday September 7 continuing on Monday untill time of service.

Services : Funeral service will be at 1:00 pm CDT on Monday September 8 2014 at Rogers-Oller Funeral Home with Bro. Hank Gibson officiating.

Interment : Burial to follow in Gibson Cemetery.
