Jason Michael Hartlage, age 26, of Leitchfield passed away Thursday May 19, 2016 in Louisville, KY.

He was born July 4, 1989 in Louisville, KY, the son of Danny and Tina Hartlage.

He had a passion for guns, loved to hunt, fish and be with his family.

Jason is survived by his wife; Brittany Hartlage, his daughter; Brooklyn Marie Hartlage, his parents; Danny and Tina Hartlage of Leitchfield, one sister; Stacey Meredith of Leitchfield and one brother; Daniel Hartlage of Clarkson.

Other survivors include his grandfathers; Ron Hartlage of Clarkson and Pat McQuade of Leitchfield. His nieces and nephews; Madison Hartlage, Gracie Lee, Zackery and Hayden Bratcher also survive.

He was preceded in death by his grandmothers; Carol Ann McQuade and Lindy Lou Hartlage.

Visitation : Friends may call at Watkins-Oller Funeral Home from 3 - 8 PM (CDT) on Sunday May 22 2016 and after 9AM Monday.

Services : Funeral service will be at 11AM (CDT) on Monday May 23 2016 at Watkins-Oller Funeral Home. Bro. Curtis Decker will officiate.

Interment : Burial will follow in Walnut Hill Cemetery in Leitchfield.
