James E. Vincent was born in Grayson Co., KY. He was the son of Thomas and Lisa Bocock Vincent. He was a Construction worker for Ramsey and Associates; enjoyed fellowshipping, worshiping and working with Awana at Clarkson Baptist Church.

He is survived by his Parents; two brothers Kevin McStoots and T.J. Vincent; two sisters: Stacie Clemons and Katrina Phillips; an uncle Tim Bocock and James's girlfriend Morgan Aubrey.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents: J.W. and Juanita Bocock and Everett and Rosaline Vincent.

Visitation : Tuesday April 26 2016 from 1-8 PM CST; Wednesday after 9:00 AM CST at Rogers-Oller Funeral Home

Services : Wednesday April 27 2016 at 11:00 AM CST at Rogers-Oller Funeral Home with Bro. John Whittaker officiating.

Interment : McGrew Cemetery
