James "Nuddy" Meredith was born in Grayson Co., KY. He was the son of Rex and Ella Bell Logsdon Meredith and was married to Sharon Haycraft Meredith.

He was a Construction Worker, a Vietnam Veteran and a member of Sulphur Wells Baptist Church.

He is survived by his Wife Sharon; two sons: Rodney (Tammy) and Gregory (Sarah) Meredith; four Grandchildren: Calyn, McKenzie, Nathan and Carson; one Great-grandchild: Aubree; two sisters: Pauline Thompson and Winona (Don) Vick; several Nieces and Nephews.

He was preceded in death by his Parents and one sister Sue Wilson.

Visitation : Thursday October 15 2015 from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM CDT; Friday after 9:00 AM CDT at Rogers-Oller Funeral Home.

Services : Friday October 16 2015 at 1:00 PM CDT at Sulphur Wells Baptist Church with Bro. Chris Cann officiating.

Interment : Williams Cemetery
