James Rex Hodges, age 91, of Clarkson, KY passed away Tuesday, May 23 2017 at Grayson Manor Nursing Home in Leitchfield, KY.

He was born November 15, 1925 in Grayson County, KY., son of Hardin and Ola Milliner Hodges. He was never married.

Mr. Hodges was retired from National Distilleries where he worked in the Shipping Department. He was a WWII Veteran, serving in Europe, enjoyed Country Music and was a Cincinnati Reds Fan.

He is survived by two nephews, David Smallwood and John Smallwood and several cousins.

He was preceded in death by his Parents, one sister and brother-in-law; Martha and Rex Smallwood and several cousins.

Visitation : Friends may call at Rogers-Oller Funera Home from 2:00PM - 8:00PM (CDT) on Friday May 26 2017 and after 9:00AM Saturday.

Services : Funeral service will be at 11:00AM (CDT) Saturday May 27 2017 at Rogers-Oller Funerl Home. Rev. Steve Hohman will officiate.

Interment : Burial will follow in St. Elizabeth Cemetery.
