James Edward Fulkerson was born in Grayson Co., KY, the son of the late James (Jim) and Lizzie (Logsdon) Fulkerson and was married to Deloris Fulkerson.

Mr. Fulkerson was a mechanic for the Kroger Co. and a member of Stoney Point Missionary Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by his parents, one daughter: Latana Lynn Clark, and one step-son Jamie Logsdon.

Mr Fulkerson is survived by his wife, Deloris Fulkerson, two daughters: DeeAdra Fulkerson, Melinda (Minde) (Ed) Ramos, and one step-son Larry Logsdon.

Visitation : Firends may call at Rogers-Oller Funeral Home from 3 -8 PM CDT Sunday August 31 continuing on Monday from 9 - 8 PM CDT and after 9 AM Tuesday untill time of service.

Services : Funeral service will be at 11:00 am (CDT) September 2 2014 at Rogers-Oller Funeral Home.

Interment : Little Flock Cemetery
