James Dale Fulkerson, age 58, of Clarkson, KY., passed away on Wednesday, November 9, 2011 at Twin Lakes Regional Medical Center in Leitchfield, KY.

He is survived by his wife, Karen Fulkerson, one daughter; Hollye Pence, two sons; Joshua and Jonathon Fulkerson and his parents; James Calvin "Tootie" and Frances Lorene Hart Fulkerson.

Other survivors include two brothers; Marty and Barry Fulkerson, four sisters; Sherry Logsdon, Fayette Hawkins, Suzzette Fulkerson and Lesia Hatfield and two grandchildren; Hayden and Brayden Fulkerson.

He was preceded in death by one son; Jamie Pence and on nephew; Brandon Green.

Visitation : Friends may call after 12 noon on Saturday Nov. 12 2011 and after 9:00 am Sunday at Rogers-Oller Funeral Home.

Services : Funeral service at 1:00 PM Sunday November13 2011 at Rogers-Oller Funeral Home. Bro. Larry Hodge will officiate.

Interment : Burial in New Hope Cemetery.
