Jackie (Whitaker) Kiper, age 62, of Leitchfield, KY passed away Wednesday, February 15, 2017 at UKMC Chandler in Lexington, KY. She was born on September 22, 1954 in Chicago, IL., daughter of Perry and Lora Warf Whitaker and was married to Ronald Kiper. She was a Housewife.

Jackie is survived by her husband; Ronald Kiper and one son; P.W. Kiper.

Other survivors include one sister; Linda Whitaker, two half-sisters; Geraldine Poore and Judy McCormick, one half-brother; Perry William Whitaker, many "Special" Nieces, Nephews, Great Nieces and Nephews and Great-great-nieces and Nephews.

She was preceded in death by her Parents.

Visitation : Friends may call at Watkins-Oller Funeral from 2 - 8 pm (CST) on Friday February 17 2017 and after 9am Saturday.

Services : Funeral service at 2pm (CST) Saturday February 18 2017 at Watkins-Oller Funeral Home. Bro. Wayne Clemons and Bro. Jay Kiper officiating.

Interment : Burial to follow in Leitchfield Memory Gardens.
