Jack Dewayn Chambers, age 89, of Clarkson, passed away, Monday, September 8, 2025, at Baptist Health in Louisville.

He was born April 10, 1936, in Edmonson County, to the late Hazel Chambers and Albert Prunty. He retired from Ford Motor Company after 36 years of service and was a member of the band "Country Outlaws." He enjoyed playing music, painting and spending time at the lake with his friends. He was a friend to all.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Leonia "Cotton" Chambers and two sisters, Suzie and Brenda.

Jack is survived by his son, Dwayn Chambers (Emily); a daughter, Dedra Riddle (Mickey); six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at 2 PM (CT), Friday, September 26, 2025, at Rogers Funeral Home in Clarkson.

Visitation will be after 10 AM (CT), Friday at the funeral home.
