Irene Meredith Campbell was born in Grayson County, KY She was the daughter of Lonnie and Rea Hayes Meredith and was married to Rev. W. T. Campbell.

She was a Housewife.

She is survived by one son: Danny Campbell; four daughters: Karen Givan, Teresa Strader (Bill), Lisa Hornback (Bill) and Lori Jury (Keith); six Grandchildren: David Givan (Amy), Eric Givan (Amanda), Craig Givan, Beth Brockman (Steele), Joseph Hornback (Jessica) and Brenna Jury; and fourteen Great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her Parents, Husband and one son; Ronald Campbell.
