Eugene "Howard" Mattingly was born in Grayson Co., Ky. He was the son of the late N.W. and Rue Howard Mattingly.

He was a Car Salesman.

He is survived by three sons: Dwight H., Mike and Phil Mattingly; a daughter Daisy Bittinger; sixteen Grandchildren; twenty-seven Great-grandchildren and three brothers: Leon, J.C. and Edgar Mattingly.

He was preceded in death by his Parents.

Visitation : Monday September 9 2013 after 10:30 AM CDT at Rogers-Oller Funeral Home

Services : Monday September 9 2013 at 11:00 AM CDT at Rogers-Oller Funeral Home with Bro. Wayne Clemons officiating.

Interment : Cremation to follow services.
