Harlie Fulkerson was born in Grayson Co., KY the son of Charlie and Addie Phillips Fulkerson. He was married to Ina Williams Fulkerson.

He was retired from Grayson Co., Board of Education, an Army Veteran of WWII and a Farmer.

He is survived by his wife; a daughter Dr. Gay Fulkerson; a sister Velma Fulkerson and one Niece.

Visitation : Thursday June 03 2010 after 5:00 PM; Friday June 04 2010 after 9:00 AM until time of srvice at Watkins-Oller Funral Home

Services : Friday June 04 2010 at 2:00 PM at Watkins-Oller Funeral Home with Bro. Delmar Williams officiating.
