Gordon Skaggs age 87 was born in Woodford County Illinois on December 11, 1926. Mr. Skaggs was a cattle farmer; a mechanic, a member of the Cattleman's Association and a Veteran.

He is survived by his two sons; Buddy Skaggs of Crittenden KY. and Steve Skaggs of Florence KY., one daughter Virginia Stanley of Louisville KY. One nephew Eric Skaggs of Leitchfield KY., seven grandchildren and five great- grandchildren.

He was proceeded in death by his parents, Beckham and Minnie Bell Skaggs,one son Bobby Skaggs, three Sisters and one Brother.

In leiu of flowers, donations can be made to Wounded Warrior Project.

Visitation : Friends may call at Rogers-Oller Funeral Home from 3:00 - 8:00 PM CST Friday March 7 2014 and Saturday from 9:00am CST till time of service

Services : Funeral services are scheduled for 11:00 am CST Saturday March 8 2014 at Rogers-Oller Funeral Home. Bro. J. H. Manion to officiate.

Interment : Burial will follow in Little Flock Cemetery.
