Frank Cwaik was born in Chicago, IL.

He was a Heavy Equipment Operator for the City of Louisville; he served in the Army, was a member of American Legion and a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church.

He was married to Marie Shulthise Cwiak.

He is survived by his Wife, seven Children; five Step-children; several Grandchildren and several Great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his Parents and one Child.

Visitation : Watkins-Oller Funeral Home on Thursday from 1-8 PM; Friday after 9:30 AM until time of service. Prayer Service on Thursday at 6:00 PM at the Funeral Home.

Services : Friday May 20 2011 at 11:00 AM at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Rev. Randy Howard officiating

Interment : Cremation to follow services.
