Elsie Mae Skaggs, age 96, departed this life on Good Friday, April 6, 2012 at Grayson Manor Nursing Home in Leitchfield, KY.

She was the daughter of the late Ben and Lidia Hart Tackaberry. Elsie was married to the late Augusta Skaggs and was the mother of one son, David Augusta Skaggs.

She was a member of Big Clifty Methodist Church, a Ky. Colonel, a member of the Eastern Star and East Grayson County Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary, a Doll Collector, retired Store Owner and Housewife.

She is survived by several nieces and nephews.

She was prededed in death by her parents, husband, son and sisters and brothers.

Visitation : Friends may call at Rogers-Oller Funeral Home from 1 -8pm Monday April 9 continuing at 8:30 Tuesday until time of service at Rogers-Oller Funeral Home.

Services : Funeral service is at 12:00 noon on Tuesday April 10 2012 at Rogers-Oller Funeral Home with Bro. Delmar Williams officiating.

Interment : Burial will follow in Ceday Hill Cemetery in Big Clifty.
