Ella Mae Paris Nichols, 95, passed away Monday, December 24, 2018,at the Bee Hive Assisted Living Home in Leitchfield.  She was born February 10, 1923, to John Riley and Mary Elizabeth Robertson Paris.  She was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Ed Nichols, her parents, four brothers and two sisters.

Ella Mae had a green thumb and loved being outdoors working in her flower beds and garden.  She was a sweet, compassionate woman who was always kind to those around her.

Survivors include three daughters, Sharon Constant (RC), Brenda Webb (Bobby), and Diann Nichols; three grandchildren, Beth Ratley (Clay), Craig Constant (Amanda), and Hannah Webb; two great-grandchildren, Daniel Ratley and Rhett Constant; and a close friend Carol Stratton
