Edna Irene Milliner Drake, age 91, of the St. Paul Community, passed away, Monday, September 27, 2021, at Owensboro Health Twin Lakes in Leitchfield.

She was born April 30, 1930, in Leitchfield, to the late, Charles E. and Rosetta E. Dennis Milliner. She was a member of St. Paul Catholic Church, a homemaker and a dairy farmer. She was a loving mother and grandmother who enjoyed gardening and was a great cook.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William L. Drake; a daughter, Linda Irene Drake; a grandson, Derrick Sims; four brothers, Edsel, Franklin, Ambrose and Adolph Milliner and a sister, Alene Sims.

She is survived by four daughters, Regina Drake, Donna Jane Jaggers, Debby Cundiff and Connie (Keith) Higdon; a son, Alan L. Drake; two brothers, Lloyd and Kenneth Milliner; 18 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral mass will be held at 11 AM, Friday, October 1, 2021, at St. Paul Catholic Church with Rev. Steve Hohman officiating. Burial will follow in the St. Paul Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 3 to 8 PM, Thursday and after 9 AM, Friday at the church.

Prayer service will be held at 6:30 PM, Thursday at the church.
