Douglas L. Butt, age 58, of Leitchfield, passed away Sunday morning at his residence on Goff Drive.

He was born to the late Homer and Anna Ennos Butts in Baltimore, Maryland.

Douglas was a factory worker and a Vietnam Veteran.

He is survived by his daughter; Lourieann Mason and her husband, Jason, two Grand-daughters; Calli and Gianna Mason, all of Leitchfield, his brother; Guy Butts of Ohio, two sisters; Linda Leir of Texas and Geal Suarez of Georgia

Other survivors include two Step-sons; Adam and Alex Cook and a Step-daughter; Lee Ann Cook, all of Ohio as well as several nephews and nieces.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his first wife; Deborah Addair Butts and his second wife; Georgia Kreninsky Butts.

Visitation : No visitation.

Services : A Memorial Service will be scheduled at a later date in Ohio.

Interment : Cremation was chosen. Watkins-Oller Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
