Doris Miller, age 85, of Eveleigh, passed away, Wednesday, December 18, 2024, at her residence.

She was born on May 22, 1939, to the late Raymond and Rae Sheffer.

She enjoyed attending church services at Madrid Pentecostal Church, working in her yard and flowers and spending time with her family.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jackie Miller; a son, Ricky Miller and a brother, Ralph Sheffer.

She is survived by her daughter, Vicki (Barry) Elliott of Hudson; four grandchildren, Bethany Crawford (Kyle), Brian Miller (Amber), Brenna Embry and Lesli Henning (Aaron); thirteen great-grandchildren and a daughter-in-law, Vickie Miller.

Funeral services will be held at 1 PM (CT), Friday, December 20, 2024, at Watkins Funeral Home in Leitchfield with Bro. Josh Milburn officiating. Burial will follow in the Madrid Cemetery

Visitation will be from 4 to 8 PM, Thursday and after 9 AM Friday, at the funeral home.
