Doris Jean Hazelwood was born in Kentucky. She was the daughter of Carl and Edith Lucas Butler and was married to Robert Hazelwood.

She is survived by one son Robert Hazelwood of Leitchfield, three grandchildren: Austin, Halie and Lucas; a brother Frank Butler of Irvington and two sisters Shirley Vessels of Brownsville and Beverly Childress of Leitchfield.

She was preceded in death by her Husband, Parents and one brother Walter Butler.

Visitation : Tuesday January 27 2015 from 4-8 PM CST; Wednesday after 9:00 AM CST until time of service at Watkins-Oller Funerl Home

Services : Wednesday January 28 2015 at 11:00 AM CST at Watkins-Oller Funeral Home with Bro. Murrell Meredith officiating.

Interment : Calvert Cemetery
