Doris June Fraze, age 66, of Leitchfield, passed away August 2, 2010 at Norton Hospital in Louisville. Doris was the mother of two daughters; Mary Ann Fouch of Leitchfield and Nancy Marie Critchelow of Big Clifty.

Also surviving are four brothers;Edward "Slim" Clark, Floyd Clark, Norman Clark and James Arnold Clark, one sister; Linda Cripps and a special friend; Charles Whobrey.

Several nieces and nephews also survive.

She was preceded in death by her parents; Charles and Cova Drane Clark and three brothers; Charles "Bill" Clark, Odel Clark and Lester Clark.

Visitation : Friends after 5:00 PM on Wednesday continuing at 9:00 AM Thursday until time of service.
