Donnetta Carby was born in Grayson County, Ky. She was the daughter of Donnie and Estelle Alvey McDonald and was married to Marty Carby.

She was a Housewife, Mother, Grandmother and member of Little Flock Missionary Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband, Marty; five daughters: Hanna Embry, Jenna Baker (Jacob), Madison Carby, Macey Carby and Kelsi Clemons (Brady); her mother; Estelle Alvey McDonald, one step-daughter; Natasha Carby, four grandchildren: Emri Clemons, Rosa Clemons, Grey Baker and Navy Baker; three sisters: Sue Parker, Stella Clemons and Glenda Bingham; and two brothers: Junior Clemons and Donnie Waterman.

She is preceded in death by her Father and one brother Barry Clemons.
