Evangelist/Missionary, Don Teague went home to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on August 17, 2017 at 10:43 AM CST.

He is survived by his wife, Betty (Kolley, Hazelwod) Teague;  residing in Leitchfield, KY; three children:  Cheri Dawn (Teague) Falcon of Denham Springs, LA, Angelique Walgamotte of Chalmette, LA and April (Teague) Schultz of  Randelman, NC; three step-children: Denise (Hazelwood) Figg and Gary of Elizabethtown, William (Donna) Hazelwood of Elizabethtown,  and Lee (Stacey) Hazelwood of Hodgensville; 13 grandchildren and 9 Great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Edna Samples of Dalton, Ga; father, E.L. Teague of Ellijay, Ga; grandparents of Georgia; one grandson and one great-grandson
