Donald E. Embry, age 72, of Clarkson, passed away, Tuesday, April 12, 2022, at Owensboro Health-Twin Lakes in Leitchfield.

He was born January 1, 1950, in Breckinridge County, to the late Eugene and Eva Basham Embry; He was a greeter at Wal-Mart and a member Little Flock Missionary Baptist Church.

In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by a daughter, Michele Webb and several brothers and sisters.

Donnie is survived by his wife Burnese Bell Embry; two sons, William (Robin) Green and Michael (Julie) Green; a brother, Marvin (Dorothy) Embry; a sister, Carolyn Sue (Danny) McNabb; five grandchildren, Neal, Channing, Tiara, Emily and Christy and eight great-grandchildren, Lily, Katelyn, Bentlee, Lacey, Natalie, Nevaeh, Julia and Aubrie.

Funeral services will be held at 1 PM, Friday, April 15, 2022, at Little Flock Baptist Church with Bros. Charles Larry Bell and Terry Priddy officiating. Burial will follow in the Little Flock Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM, Friday at the Rogers-Oller Funeral Home.
