Dixie Meredith Webb, age 72 of Clarkson passed away November 20, 2024, at her residence.

She was born November 20,1952, in Grayson County, to the late Clarence and Temple Logsdon Meredith. She was saved at Laurel Run and was a member of Broadford Missionary Baptist Church. She retired as a cook from Clarkson Elementary School after 25 years of service. She enjoyed cooking, canning, quilting, talking and spending time with her grandkids.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Howard Webb; a sister, Emma Jackson and five brothers, Louie, Bill, Gordon, Farley and Jerry.

She is survived by two daughters, Tammy Webb (Brad), and Alice Webb (Charlie); six grandchildren, Koty Fields, Tyler Escue (Rebecca), Rena Arnold (Matt), Dustin Escue (Taylor), Dylan Escue (Riata) and Mayson Escue (Morgan); nine great-grandchildren, Emma, Elivia, Ruby, Webb, Kolby, Bennett, Blake, Briar and Cooper; three sisters, Tenny Webb (Dale), Bonnie Haycraft (Ernest), Susie Decker; two brothers, Lester Meredith (Brenda) and Bruce (Cathy) Meredith and several nieces and nephews.

Fu neral services will be held 1 PM (CST) Sunday, November 24, 2024, at the Broadford Missionary Baptist Church with Bro. Mikie Clemons and Bro. J.C. Ramsey officiating. Burial will follow in the Broadford Cemetery.

Visitation will be Saturday from 10 AM to 8 PM at Rogers Funeral Home and Sunday after 10 AM until the time of the service at Broadford Baptist Church.
