Danissa Mudd Lewis, 45, of Bowling Green died Wednesday, April 24, 2013 at Hospice of Southern Kentucky. The Leitchfield, KY native was born July 13, 1967. She was a graduate of Western Kentucky School of Nursing, was a homemaker and member of Holy Spirit Catholic Church.

Danissa is survived by her husband, Scott A. Lewis; two sons, Jude and Asher; two daughters, Nina and Hope; parents, John E. and Sue Hagan Mudd of Clarkson; two brothers, David K. Mudd of Peonia, KY and Daniel K. Mudd of Leitchfield.

Visitation : Friends may call at Rogers-Oller Funeral Home in Clarkson on Friday April 26 2013 from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm.

Services : Funeral mass will be at 10:00 am Saturday April 27 2013 at St. Augustine Catholic Church.

Interment : Burial will follow in St. Augustine Catholic Church Cemetery.
