Cynthia was born in Hardin County and was retired from General Electric. She was preceded in death by her parents, George Lockhard and Mary Rena Harris Burkhead; and sisters, Mary Victoria Clark, Leona Litsey, Juanita Moore and Dorothy Williams. She is survived by a sister, Bernice McCombs and brother, Morris Burkhead. The family would like to thank Hosparus and everyone at Trenton Oak Towers for their loving care.
