Crystal Louise Cook, age 91, died on March 17, 2016.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband Louis Hershel Cook.

She is survived by: daughters, Patricia (Leon) Riggs and Judy (Dale) Yocum; son, William R. (Donna) Cook; a sister Rosebud Evans. Also surviving: six grandchildren, Crystal Rerecich, Terry Riggs, Tim Yocum, Greg Yocum, Adam Cook and Eric Hansell and 10 Great-grandchildren.

Visitation : Sunday March 20 2016 after 11:00 AM CST; Monday after 9:00 AM CST until time of the service at Rogers-Oller Funral Home

Services : Monday March 21 2016 at 1:00 PM CST at Rogers-Oller Funeral Home with Bro. John Whittaker officiating.

Interment : Clarkson Cemetery
