Corbet Ray Cook was born in Grayson County Kentucky and was a member of Long Branch Church.

He was married to the late Edna Marie Cook.

He is survived by his son; Barney Cook of Leitchfield, five daughters; JoAnn Brown, Martha Hawkins, Jeraldine Chapman, Brenda Hodge and Sherry Smith all of Leitchfield.

Other survivors include sixteen grand-children, several great-grand-children and great-great-grand children.

He was preceded in death by his parents; Joshua and Dollie Ann Cook, five sons, two brothers and one sister.

In leiu of flowers donations can be made for funeral expences.

Visitation : Sunday Dec. 23 from 5:00 pm-8:00pm Mon. 9:00am-1:00pm

Services : Monday December 24 2012 at 1:00 p.m.at Watkins-Oller Funeral Home.

Interment : Walter Cook Cemetery
