Cindy Hook, age 52 was born in Grayson Co., KY. She was the daughter of the late Frank David and Rosemary Scott Shain and was married to Mike Hook of Clarkson. She was a former Manager at K's Cafe.

Cindy is survived by her Husband; two daughters Javonica Duvall and Jessica Dawson; a step-son Michael Bradley Hook; two step-daughters Patricia Gail Gilley and Falon Nichole Hook; three Grandchildren; seven Step-grandchildren and two sisters Mary Fouts and Debbie Metz.

She was preceded in death by her Parents and a brother William D. Shain.

Visitation : Tuesday December 17 2013 from 3-8 PM CDT at Rogers-Oller Funeral Home
