Charles E. Tilford was born in Grayson Co., KY. the son of Arthur and Addie Whobrey Tilford. He was married to Barbara Tilford.

He was retired from GE in Louisville, a Farmer, a Trapshooter,a member of St.Paul Catholic Church and served during the Vietnam Era.

He is survived by his Wife; a son Andy (Missy) Tilford; and two grandchildren Taylor and Joshua Tilford.

He was preceded in death by his Parents, a son Marty Tilford and an infant Daughter.
