Charles D. Miller was born in Grayson Co., KY., the son of James Clayton and Ronella Logsdon Miller. He was married to Sue Miller.

He was a retired Mechanic and a member of the Baptist Faith.

He is survived by his Wife; two daughters Jennifer Davidson and Marcia Smith; four Grandchildren and one sister Lora Miller.

He was preceded in death by his Parents.
