Cathleen Cynthia Rybak Yens, age 81, of Leitchfield, passed away, Wednesday, October 21, 2020.

She was born September 4, 1939, in Michigan to the late Joseph and Helen Rybak. She was a crafter, homemaker and the best Nana, anyone could have.

Besides her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Kenneth Lee Yens and a son, Stephen Yens.

Cathleen is survived by a son, Vince (Maydean) Yens; a daughter, Dixie (Rick) Webb; two sisters, Suzanne Rybka Nyman and Johanna Rybak; seven grandchildren, Christina, Daniel, Contina, Alissa, Amanda, Tabitha and Nathaniel; ten great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at 1 PM, Saturday, November 7, 2020, at Roger-Oller Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 4 to 8 PM, Friday and after 10 AM, Saturday at the funeral home.

In accordance with government regulations, we ask that you please wear a mask or face covering.  We also have to limit the number of people who can be in the facility at a time and request that you practice the 6 feet social distance recommendations.
