Catherine Lee Portman Hay, age 65, of Leitchfield, passed away, Sunday, August 30, 2020, at the University of Louisville Hospital.

Catherine was born January 11, 1955, to the late William Paul and Georgia Self Portman. She was a licensed optician and a member of the Mt. Hebron Gospel Mission Church.

She is survived by her husband, Randall Hay; a daughter, Stacy Denise (Shawn) Mudd; two grandchildren, Chandler and Lindsey; a sister, Michele (Roger) South and a brother, Calvin "Shorty" (Trish) Portman.

F uneral services will be held at 11 AM, Wednesday, September 2, 2020, at Mt. Hebron Gospel Mission Church with Bro. jimmy Douthitt officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt. Hebron Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 5 to 8 PM, Tuesday at the Rogers-Oller Funeral Home and after 9AM, Wednesday at the church.

In accordance with government regulations, we ask that you please wear a mask or face covering.  We also have to limit the number of people who can be in the facility at a time and request that you practice the 6 feet social distance recommendations.
