Carroll Skaggs, age 66, of Louisville, KY. departed this life on Friday, Oct. 1 at the V.A. Hospital in Louisville, KY.

He was of the Catholic Faith, Army Veteran of the Vietnam War and a retired Sales Rep. from Allpro Champion.

Carroll was the son of the late Russell H. and Carrie E. Higdon Skaggs.

He is survived by one sister; Elizabeth Clemons of Louisville,

one brother; Jim Skaggs of Louisville,

and seven neices and nephews, whom he loved dearly.

Carroll was preceded in death by one nephew; Russell Clemons.

Visitation : Friends may call from 4:00 to 7:00 PM CDT on Sunday at Rogers-Oller Funeral Home continuing Monday morning from 8:30 until time of service.
