Carolyn White, age 68, of Leitchfield, KY., passed away Monday night, March 18, 2013 at her residence.

She was born in California to the late James Hubert and Hessie Alice Clark Lush. She was a homemaker and member of St. Elizabeth Catholic Church.

Carolyn is survived by her husband, Barry Wayne White of Leitchfield; one son, James Michael (Jenny) Douthitt of St. Louis, MO.; two daughters, Sandra Rene (Mike) White of Caneyville and Rhonda (Kenton) Powell of Franklin, TN.

Other survivors include eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; two brothers, James William Lush and Charles Wayne Lush; three sisters, Linda Rodarte, Donna Ann White and Wanda Kersey.

Visitation : Friends may call at Rogers-Oller Funeral Home from 3:00 - 8:00 pm on Wednesday March 20 2013. Prayer services will be at 5:30pm Wednesday at the funeral home.

Services : Funeral services will be at 11:00am Thursday March 21 2013 at St. Elizabeth Catholic Church. Rev. Steve Hohman will officiate.

Interment : Burial to follow in St. Elizabeth Cemetery.
