Carmon Milliner was born in Grayson Co., KY the son of Luke Jasper and Burnia Agnes Milliner. He was married to Jacquelyn Milliner.

He was a retired Farmer, retired from General Electric after 34 years, Korean War Veteran and a member of St. Paul Catholic Church.

He is survived by his Wife, eight sons Dexter, Clarence (Caroline), Timmy (Marilyn), Bryan (Norma), Neal (Crystal), Bruce, Mark (Reva) and Daron Milliner; five daughters Brenda Milliner, Lisa (James) Beville, Vanessa (Kenny) Bush, Tracey (Chris) Carter and Lana (Donnie) Wateramn; 12 Grandchildren and 2 Great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his Parents; two brothers Irvin Rudolph and Clarence Milliner and one sister Verdena Lois Aubrey.
