Carl Edgar Dennis, age 71, of McDaniels, KY passed away on Wednesday, August 17, 2016 at his residence.

He was born in Grayson County, KY on June 13, 1945, son of Beckham and Susie Cripps Dennis. He was a self-employed Roofer.

Mr. Dennis is survived by one son; James Dennis. Other survivors include one brother; James Mervell Dennis and five sisters; Shirley Saltsman, Rose Ward, Dorothy Sidebottom, Lydia Sims and Anna Portman.

He was preceded in death by his Parents and four sisters; Hazel Dennis, Ruby Cain, Mary Ellen Keown and Eula Mae Portman.

Visitation : Friends may call at Rogers-Oller Funeral Home from 3 - 8 PM (CDT) on Friday August 19 2016.

Services : Funeral service will be at 11AM (CDT) on Saturday August 20 2016 at Rogers-Oller Funeral Home.

Interment : Burial will follow in Mt. Hebron Cemetery.
