Callie Elizabeth Meredith, age 89, was born in Grayson Co., KY. She was the daughter of the late Bennie I. and Sylvia Edwards Higdon. She was married to the late Jess Willard (Bill) Meredith.

She was retired from Kane Mfg.Co., a Housewife and a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church.

She is survived by three sons: Billy (Betty) Meredith of Clarkson, Douglas (Marie) Meredith of Willow Springs, IL, and Michael Don Meredith of Phoenix, AZ; three daughters: Vida Lee (Fred) White of Leitchfield, Judy Faye (Randy) White of Clarkson, and Beverly Ann (Bill)Gardner of Louisville; 8 Grandchilren; 9 Great-grandchildren; one sister OLita Hudrun and two brothers Clint and Oral Thomas Higdon both of IL.
