Bro. "Abb" Stanton, age 75, went to be with his Lord on Friday, surrounded by his loving family.

Charles "Abb" Stanton was the devoted Husband of May Donna for 55 years. He was a beloved Father to Terry (Kenetha), Allen (Tracey)and Donna Renee Stanton, loving Grandfather to Adam (Sarah)and T.C. (Laura) Stanton, Brooke (Brian) Goff and Ashley (Mike) Fulkerson, Alanna and Whitney Stanton and his eight Great-Grandchildren. He was a wonderful friend to his brother, Conroy and sisters,Sue Constant and Winona Hawkins.

Brother "Abb" was called to preach in October 1959 and pastored numerous churches. He was a retired, self-employed Carpet Installer and member of Little Flock Missionary Baptist Church.He was a devout Preacher and friend who devoted his life to the Lord.

He was preceded in death by his parents; Lawrence F. and Eula L. Williams Stanton, one daughter; Brenda Kay, three brothers and four sisters.

Visitation : Sunday from 1-8pm CST Monday 9-8pm . Visitation contines Tuesday at 9am at church. A Masonic service will be Monday night at 7:00.

Services : 11:00 amTuesday at Little Flock Missionary Baptist Church.

Interment : Little Flock Cemetery
