Bonnie Meredith Haycraft, age 77, of Clarkson, passed away, Tuesday, May 26, 2026, at the U of L Hospital in Louisville.

She was born on May 13, 1949, in Grayson County, to the late Clarence and Temple Logsdon Meredith. She was saved at Broadford Missionary Baptist Church and was a member there. She retired as a cook from Clarkson Elementary School. She enjoyed canning, quilting, cooking, gardening and spending time with her family.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Emma Jackson and Dixie Webb and five brothers, Louie, Bill, Gordon, Farley and Jerry.

Bonnie is survived by her husband, Ernest Haycraft; one daughter, Robin Haycraft Green (William); one son, Craig Haycraft (Marketta); seven grandchildren, Neal Green (Amber), Christy Grottenthaler (Nick), Nick Haycraft (Alyssa), Makayla Hack (Colby), Madysen Embry (Ethan), Eli Haycraft and Amelia Haycraft; nine great-grandchildren, Lily Green, Katelynn Clark, Bentlee Green, Aubrie Grottenthaler, Hadlee Hack, Jude Hack, Addison Green, Luna Haycraft and Avery Embry; two sisters, Tenny Webb (Dale) and Susie Decker; two brothers, Lester Meredith (Brenda) and Bruce Meredith (Cathy) and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 2 PM (CT), Sunday, May 31, 2026, at Broadford Missionary Baptist Church with Bro. Mikie Clemons officiating. Burial will follow in the Church cemetery.

Visitation will be from 1 to 8 PM, Saturday at Rogers Funeral Home and after 10 AM, Sunday at the church.
