Bill Sims, age 85, of Clarkson, KY passed away Monday, July 3, 2017 at Springview Health & Rehab in Leitchfield, KY. He was born March 3, 1932 in Grayson County, KY, son of the late Herbert and Clara Allison Sims and was married to the late Alberta Hardin Sims.

Mr. Sims was a Veteran of the Air Force serving in the Korean Conflict, member of St. Anthony Catholic Church, retired truck driver from Smith Transfer Company and former owner of Smitty City.

He was preceded in death by his Parents, wife; Alberta, one sister; Anna Lee Alvey and one brother; Jack Sims.

He is survived by two sisters; Violet Hamilton and Martina Budwit and one brother; Jimmy (Carol) Sims. Several nieces and nephews also survive.

Visitation : Friends may call at Rogers-Oller Funeral Home on Wednesday July 5 2017 from 4 - 8PM (CDT) and after 9AM Thursday. Prayer service will be at 7PM Wednesday.

Services : Funeral service is at 11AM(CDT) Thursday July 6 2017 at St. Anthony Catholic Church.

Interment : Burial will be in St. Anthony Catholic Cemetery.
