Barry Keith Fulkerson was born in Grayson Co., KY. He was the son of the late James Calvin Fulkerson.

He atteded New Hope Church of Christ.

He is survived by his wife Pam Fulkerson; two daughters Amanda Priddy and Megan Fulkerson; a son Mathew Gibson; two grandchildren Westin & Kinslee; his mother Francis Fulkerson; one brother Marty Fulkerson and four sisters Sherry Logsdon, Leisa Hatfield, Suzette Fulkerson, and Fayette Fulkerson.

He was preceded in death by his Father; a brother James Dale Fulkerson and two nephews Brandon Green and Jamie Pence.

Visitation : Wednesday February 20 2013 after 3:00 PM; Thursday after 9:00 AM until time of service at Rogers-Oller Funeral Home.

Services : Thursday February 21 2013 at 11:00 AM at Rogers-Oller Funeral Home with Bro. Delmar Williams officiating.

Interment : New Hope Cemetery
