Obituary
Barbara Ann Hack, age 67, of Leitchfield, Ky. passed away Monday, February 18, 2019 at her residence. She was born on November 29, 1951 daughter if the late James D. and Hazel (Lyons) Howard. She was a CMT at Grayson Manor Nursing Home in Leitchfield.
Barbara is survived by her son; Greg Hack and two grandsons; Dakota and Skylar Hack.
Other survivors include six siblings; James W. Howard, Marvin Ray Howard, Ricky Glen Howard, Doris Jean Austin, Joyce Mae Helm and Kay Howard.
Watkins-Oller Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Services
Cremation was chosen in lieu of burial.
