Arvel Edward Wise, Jr., age 71, of Clarkson, passed away, September 11, 2023, at his residence.

He was born December 18, 1951, in Hardin County, to the late, Arvel E. Wise, Sr. And Bercie Theriot Wise. He was a diesel mechanic and an Air Force veteran.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Mark Ewing.

He is survived by five sisters, Mary Crawford, Sue (Hershell) Nugent, Rita (Jim) Goodwin, Vicky Wise and Stacy (Scott) Smith; three brothers, Terry (Kimberly) Wise, Jerry D. Wise and David Roy Wise and several nieces and nephews.

There will be a private burial at the Mt. Zion Church Cemetery in Elizabethtown.
