Arthur C. "R.C." Geary, age 85, of Leitchfield, passed away, Monday, July 28, 2025, at his residence.

He was born September 10, 1939, in Grayson County to the late Roscoe and Lois Forbes Geary. He was a lifelong farmer.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Frances Allen Geary; a daughter, Denise Voltz; three sisters, Laura Brauner, Mary Webster and Rebecca Moon and a brother, Richard Clark.

He is survived by two sons, Wendell Geary and Ricky Geary; three daughters, Barbara Geary, Tina Puryear and Cynthia Voltz; three sisters, Helen Howell, Angela Dennis and Joyce Young; two brothers, John Geary and Sherman Geary and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 1 PM (CT), Saturday, August 2, 2025, at Rogers Funeral Home with Bro. Don Powell officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt. Zion Christian Church Cemetery.

Visitation will be after 10 AM (CT), Saturday at the funeral home.
